Roles and Responsibilities Managing overall Front Office / Administration activities for the office.Attending incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to respective departments.Maintaining registers for stationary, courier, visitor, housekeeping etc.Preparing and maintaining reports/trackers of vendors, office expenses, meeting booking etc.Maintaining the attendance of employees and share with Head office in month end.Petty cash management of office and update the same in excel and register.Maintaining office assets and also ensure that all the assets are in good working conditions with regular maintenance.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in any stream.Good communication skill is required.Minimum 5 -8 years of experience is required.
