Job Description 1.) Responsible for executive support, including the advanced technological/executive needs of corporate customers 2.) This role will be required to deliver extensive Apple Mac support to corporate executives 3.) Ability to resolve break-fix problems and to satisfy installation requests, simple or complex, in a wide range of dissimilar environments. 4.) Identify, resolve and escalate business issues as appropriate 5.) Deliver executive support for special events 6.) Develop and maintain support Documentation 7.) Provide reports to management regarding technical challenges found within the environment and submit recommendations on possible solutions 8.) Proficient with supporting the following operating systems Apple Mac OS, Windows 11, iOS, and Android 9.) Advanced skill in the use of Office 365 Software 10.) Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation 11.) Excellent critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills 12.) Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of technology, especially in their usage for supporting business processes 13.) Communicate complex information into user-friendly terms. 14.) Essential Networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills including Wifi support 15.) Should have working knowledge on HDD Encryption, Antivirus and SCCM 16.) Should have experience of Handling migration projects as well as projects with more volume of user-s affected Qualification Details Essential Qualification: Graduate /Bachelor-s Degree in Engineering Preferred Qualification: MCSA, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) Experience Details Essential Experience: Windows OS, Apple products, Office 365, HDD Encryption Preferred Experience: 5+ years of Experience Special Skill Essential : 1.) Hands on experience on Apple products (MAC OS, iPADs, iPhones, Macbook Air) 2.) Should have handled Senior Management/VIP Support 3.) Hands on experience on Windows environment and strong troubleshooting skills 4.) Should have Good Communication Skill 5.) Provide after hours and on-call support if required Preferred : 1.) Hands on experience on Apple products (MAC OS, iPADs, iPhones, Macbook Air) 2.) Should have handled Senior Management/VIP Support 3.)
