Job Description

We are looking for Candidates with knowledge of banking products, services, and systems, who can drive customer satisfaction through personalized virtual interactions. The goal is to build a loyal, engaged customer base while achieving high levels of product adoption and revenue growth. RM will be managing HNI/ NRI Customers portfolio, enhancing the customer experience through virtual engagement. The position emphasizes relationship-building, product cross-selling, and driving the adoption of banking solutions like mobile banking, bill payments, insurance, and investment products. Customer Relationship Management: Serve the bank's most affluent clients and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Be the primary point of contact for clients, building deep, lasting relationships. Address all customer banking needs, including product and service queries. Portfolio Management & Growth: Take ownership of the assigned client portfolio, driving growth through customer service excellence. Ensure KPIs related to portfolio growth and customer service are met consistently. Collaboration with Experts: Collaborate with product specialists and subject matter experts to offer tailored banking solutions. Work with internal teams to align banking offerings with clients' specific needs. Mobile & Digital Banking Focus: Promote and drive the use of mobile and net banking platforms for seamless customer engagement. Encourage the use of additional banking services like Bill Pay, SIP, Insurance, and Investment products. Facilitate access to retail and SME loans and other relevant programs. Adherence to Policies and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all bank policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance at all times. Customer Onboarding & Cross-selling: Actively support customers in adopting new banking solutions, facilitating smooth onboarding for various services. Cross-sell a variety of banking products and services to increase customer engagement and retention.
