Key Responsibilities:Vendor Selection & OnboardingSourcing and Empaneling vendorConduct due diligence including risk assessment, vendor background checks and references.Contract Management & NegotiationLead contract negotiation with vendors to secure favorable terms, manage renewals and oversee contract complianceVendor performance managementRegularly monitor vendor performance, ensuring business continuity, quality deliverables and operation excellence.Develop and implement improvement plans for underperforming vendors and manage th escalation processRelationship management and strategic partnershipsCultivate strong vendor relationships to foster collaborationCollaborate with the internal team to understand business requirements and work with vendors to meet these needs.Contract/Vendor compliancesEnsure vendors comply with company policies, industry/legal regulations and standards.Propose innovative approaches to enhance vendor performance and streamline processes.
