Job Experience :- 1. Exposure in Water EPC projects 2. Has a sound knowledge and exposure in Bill Checking of Contractor with respect to BOQ. 3. He must be capable of correlating the contractor JMR not only with the contractor billing but also client billing. 4. Should be aware of HR compliances and other deductions as per the contract terms and other deductions in case of non-compliance of any of the provisions of the work order. 5. Should the knowledge and exposure of working in SAP environment.6. Should have problem solving capabilities.Job Description:-To verify of JMR with work executed To process the bill of the contractor w.r.t JMR and to assess HR compliance if any To identify the mistakes and report the same to the project manager within the timelines.To ensure Material reconciliation against the bills submitted by the contractorTo carry surprise checks at site to assess the work done by the contractorTo carry out Physical stock take of material lying at contractors location and to reconcile the same with books of accounts. To ensure to levy penalty if any as per the contractTo comply with statutory requirement viz. HR, GST and TDSMIS of Site as per Management requirement

Key Roles/Responsibilities:Experience in Design and Estimation of WTP, STP, Dams, Barrages, Earthen Reservoirs, Canal Works, Pump Houses, etcCivil Design, BOQ Preparation & Estimation of Water retaining structures, Pump Houses, buildings, Reservoirs, Intake, OHTs etc Preparation of Bill of Materials and Cost Estimation for Complete civil Works, Excavation and road restoration works for pipe line works.Preparation of Layouts and Civil drawings for buildings and structures with the support of draftsman.Review of Tender, BOQ and cost.Knowledge and Experience in different civil design Codes, IS standards and Manuals.Knowledge of different Schedule of rates and Market rates.Collecting vendor quotations for Civil Items.Preparation of Bill of Materials & Cost Estimation for drainage works. Knowledge in Design soft wares, MS Project.Knowledge in Autocad, google Earth.Coordination with sub-contractorsAttending Prebid Meeting, Client meeting, Site visits, Collecting site data, Willing to travel to different locations as per requirements.Preparation of Bid submittalsESSENTIAL SKILLSBasic AUTOCAD KnowledgeMS ExcelMS ProjectSTAAD PROGood Communication Skills
