Roles and Responsibilities Manage display management, ensuring effective visual merchandising and store setup. Conduct stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify areas for improvement. Oversee stocking processes, including sorting and organizing products on shelves. Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of display management principles and practices. 1-2 years of experience in retail or related field (apparel industry preferred). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
