Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales for VKF. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, coordinating with the back-end team, preparing sales reports, and providing exceptional customer service. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement MSME growth strategies and programs.Assess the needs of MSMEs and provide tailored support and resources.Foster relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and financial institutions.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for MSMEs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of MSME initiatives and programs.Prepare and present reports on MSME performance and impact to senior management.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards regarding MSME operations.Preferred candidate profile Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Strategic Planning, Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement skills.Excellent Leadership skills.A minimum of 5 years of experience in MSME development, Cluster development & Economic development.Strong understanding of the MSME sector, including challenges and opportunities.Knowledge of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)Experience working in the social impact sector with industry bodies & associations.Understanding MSME Schemes, Finance access, Market linkages, Government initiatives, Ecosystem Challenges, Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence.Understanding of Cluster Development & Entrepreneurship promotion. Demonstrated leadership in understanding emerging trends & opportunities to optimize the ecosystem.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
