Job Title: VisionPLUS Consultant Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite) Experience: 4 to 12 Years Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary: We are looking for experienced VisionPLUS Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in VisionPLUS modules and should be capable of handling end-to-end card management systems, including development, customization, and support activities. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and design, develop, and implement solutions using VisionPLUS. Customize and enhance existing VisionPLUS modules like CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, CTA, VMX, and V+ Online. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and project managers. Provide technical and functional support for VisionPLUS-based applications. Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, including development, testing, and documentation. Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt resolutions. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for software development. Required Skills: 412 years of experience with VisionPLUS . Strong hands-on knowledge of at least two of the following modules: CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, CTA, VMX, or V+ Online. Solid understanding of Mainframe technologies – COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2. Good knowledge of credit card domain (card life cycle, transaction flow, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in Agile environments. Exposure to global banking or financial institutions. Certification in VisionPLUS or related technologies is a plus.
