Position : Visual Graphic Designer Experience : 3 - 6 years Location : Bangalore Roles Responsibilities: Design Execution Create visually stunning designs for a variety of mediums, including:Social media graphics, Website banners and landing pages, Infographics and data visualizations, Email templates, Presentation decks, Marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers, ads) Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand across all platforms. Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, from brainstorming to final delivery. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with campaign goals and messaging. Collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to create visuals that enhance the user experience. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining high-quality design standards. Brand Development Ensure all visuals adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints. Help refine and evolve the brand s visual identity to stay fresh and relevant. Innovation Trends Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team. Experiment with new design styles, tools, and formats to improve engagement and user experience. File Management Delivery Ensure proper file organization and deliver assets in the correct formats for web, print, or other media requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Skills and Requirements : 3-6 years of experience as a graphic designer, visual designer or similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile design work across digital and print mediums. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma or Canva. Strong conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals. A keen eye for detail and quality in all design deliverables. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
