Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Create high-quality interior and exterior renders with attention to detail and realism. 2. Work closely with architects and designers to visualize concepts and bring ideas to life. 3. Ensure fast and efficient delivery of photorealistic renders within deadlines. 4. Utilize industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. 5. Develop and refine 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to enhance visual presentations. 6. Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and suggest improvements. 7. Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality. Requirements: 1. 2 to 4 years of experience in 3D visualization for architectural and interior projects. 2. Proven experience in producing high-quality interior and exterior renders. 3. Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and job experience. 4. Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. 5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines. 6. Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques. 7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce photorealistic visuals. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with animation and walkthroughs is a plus. 2. Familiarity with VR visualization tools. 3. Passion for design and creativity.
