Position Summary: We are hiring a talented CNC VMC Operator to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will handle the setup, operation, and maintenance of Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), ensuring precision and quality in every product. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC VMC machines based on technical drawings and project specifications. Load materials, input programs, and adjust settings for optimal production performance. Install and calibrate tools and fixtures to meet job requirements. Conduct precise inspections of parts using advanced measuring instruments to maintain tight tolerances. Adjust CNC programs as required and troubleshoot performance issues. Perform regular maintenance of machines and adhere to all safety protocols. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma required; vocational training in CNC operations is preferred. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in CNC VMC operations, with a strong understanding of G-code programming and setting tools.
