VOC Resolution and analysis. Basis Analysis conduct : 1. Monthly review with Branches to share RCA 2. Monthly reveiw with Authorized Service Centres to Share RCA VOC from following source - decision obtaining from Reporting manager & ensure resolution thru Field Operations team or documentation of Management Decision. 1. Social Media 2. Top Management Analyze last quarter VOC, share & propose Engagement activity & execution of same 1. Report submission with RCA, findings and counter measures 2. Bottom performing branches - take it up with Ops team in a documented way for improvement 3. Obtain update from Advocate Firm & accordingly documentation support for next hearing date
