********************************URGENT REQUIREMENT ************************* Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of communication trainers to ensure consistent training delivery. Design, develop, and execute training modules focused on language proficiency, accent neutralization, customer service etiquette, and soft skills. Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and ongoing skill enhancement programs. Evaluate trainees performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and gaps. Develop training materials, including scripts, presentations, and e-learning modules. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance analysis. Keep up to date with industry best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives. Assist in call calibration sessions to ensure quality and consistency in communication. Work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in training methodologies.
