Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to job applicant. Explain job openings and collect required details Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain daily calling and feedback reports Verify documents and coordinate onboarding tasks Use basic software for Database Management. Who Should Apply: Customer care executives (voice process) Telecalling / Telesales reps looking to move to a non-sales job BPO/KPO process associates (domestic or international) CRM executives comfortable in voice-based coordination Anyone with strong Hindi/English communication skills and a clear, confident voice Requirements: Minimum HSC/Graduate with 14 years of calling or voice process experience Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Forms) Good attitude, patience, and willingness to learn Must be comfortable doing high-volume calling in a professional setting Should be based in Surat or ready to relocate
