Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a VoIP Engineer, located in Indore. The VoIP Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting VoIP infrastructure. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting VoIP issues, providing technical support, and managing telephony systems. The role will also involve network configuration and optimization to ensure reliable communication services. Qualifications Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony skills like Asterisk and LiveKit is important.Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical SupportNetworking skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience in the AI or technology industry is a plus
