Learn about the event We will support and help you understand the event. Ensure you complete the pre-event checklist we will share . Procure materials (if needed) Help procure event-related materials as required. Event day arrangement: On the event day, keep the event kit ready for volunteers to use. Volunteer orientation Guide volunteers on what they need to do, set expectations, and keep them motivated. Volunteer engagement Answer volunteer queries, keep the energy high, and create an inspiring atmosphere . End-to-end event management Set up materials, host the event, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Event photos Capture high-quality photos & videos of volunteers in action and their event output. Get volunteer & POC feedback Collect short video testimonials from volunteers and the event location POC. Distribute Impact Kit Deliver impact kits to beneficiaries if any. Capture pics & videos of heartwarming distribution, and end the event loop with real impact . Post-event reporting Ensure all event details are captured and reported to Team Everest.
