So youll be joining a team of mission-driven professionals building one of the most valuable edtech in the world About the role We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and drive business growth through innovative online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing channels, building brand awareness, optimizing customer acquisition and retention, and delivering measurable ROI across campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Lead Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid media, etc.). Performance Marketing: Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize for conversions and ROI. SEO & Content Marketing: Guide content and SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search rankings. Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and generate actionable insights. Digital Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies (AI tools, martech platforms, automation) to ensure a competitive edge. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources based on data-driven decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred) 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Proven success in driving digital growth and scaling marketing operations Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, paid media, and digital analytics Strong understanding of martech stacks, CRM, and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
