A leading mobile gaming platform is seeking a VP of Product Management to drive platform strategy and development. The company offers a range of competitive games, including free and paid contests across multiple categories. With a strong presence in North America and India, they continue to expand their reach and enhance user experience. This role is based on site in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for platform functionalities, including user onboarding, cross-sell, payments, fraud prevention, trust, and engagement features. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform effectiveness and impact. Enhance meta features such as leader boards, achievements, and social interactions to drive user retention. Leverage machine learning to optimise fraud detection, payments, and engagement strategies. Use data analytics to understand user behaviour and refine platform features for a seamless experience. Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality. Lead and mentor a team of product managers and technical experts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Partner with external vendors to enhance platform capabilities while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, including data protection and financial regulations. What We re Looking For: 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in platform development, payments, financial technology, or consumer digital entertainment. Experience in gaming or real-money gaming (RMG) is a strong plus. Deep expertise in payment systems, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of machine learning applications in fraud detection and user engagement. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders. Ability to handle complex projects, prioritise effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
