Order Book Management: Ensure timely project execution and monitor order book health. Cashflow Management: Maintain positive cashflow and manage working capital. Budget/AOP: Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Project Reporting MIS: Ensure accurate and timely project reporting. Monthly Review Meetings: Conduct reviews to assess performance and resolve issues. EHS Zero Accident: Ensure a safe working environment with zero accidents. ERP Implementation: Drive ERP adoption and seamless integration. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high satisfaction for internal and external customers. Requirements: Experience: 15-25 years in a rail-based environment, driving operations, financial performance, and team development. Strong expertise in Signaling Telecommunication (ST) and Overhead Equipment (OHE), with broader railway exposure. Knowledge of railway safety standards, budgeting, and compliance. Leadership People Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Strategic Thinking Decision-Making: Expertise in long-term planning, risk management, and data-driven decision-making. Customer Focus Relationship Building: Strong stakeholder management with clients, vendors, and regulators. Adaptability Change Management: Experience in process improvements, tech adoption, and transformation. Analytical Problem-Solving: Skilled in data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizing operations.
