Job description This is the Vision Technician Program (VT's). In this program, we are unable to provide stay funds; however, we do provide food and shelter during the 2-year training period. After completing your training, you will become a full-time employee at LVPEI, with a salary of 18,000 per month. LVPEI's Vision Technician Program is centered around the three R's in primary eye care: Recognize common blinding conditions, Refraction with good accuracy and Refer appropriately.
