RequirementsMinimum 5- 8years of experience as a receptionist in a clinical setting or roles at esteemed establishments such as ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, or other leading luxury hotel chains is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus.A warm, professional, and patient-friendly attitude.
