We’re Hiring: US IT Recruiter (W2 Hiring Only) Location: Vadodara (On-site) Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM IST | Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Cambay Consulting is looking for a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter with a focus on W2 hiring . The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing top IT talent for U.S.-based clients and a solid understanding of various visa classifications and tax terms. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for W2 roles across the U.S. Work closely with account managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate the hiring process Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates using multiple platforms Requirements: 0 to 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2 focus) In-depth knowledge of US work authorizations (H1-B, GC, USC, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night shift environment What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentive structure Ongoing training and career development opportunities Exposure to top-tier U.S. IT clients Supportive and collaborative work environment Show more Show less
