Job Title: GET (Civil / Electrical)Qualification: BE/B.Tech - Civil / ElectricalRole & responsibilities: Civil Engineering Responsibilities:Assist in the design and construction of civil works for solar power plants, including foundations, roads, drainage systems, and supporting structures for solar panels.Participate in site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of solar projects.Collaborate with civil design teams to ensure that civil structures meet safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.Support the preparation of civil engineering drawings, reports, and documentation.Assist in construction supervision to ensure the timely and quality execution of civil works on site.Electrical Engineering Responsibilities:Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for solar power plants, including DC and AC electrical systems, inverters, transformers, and substations.Support in designing electrical layouts and single-line diagrams.Participate in electrical testing and troubleshooting of solar power plant systems.Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations during the design and installation phases.Collaborate with the electrical team for the integration of solar systems with the grid, ensuring proper electrical performance and safety.Project Support: Participate in project planning and scheduling under the guidance of senior engineers.Support the procurement of materials and equipment for civil and electrical works.Help with on-site installations, ensuring that the civil and electrical works are completed on time and within budget.Provide technical support during the commissioning and performance testing phase of solar power projects.Assist in documenting the installation, operation, and maintenance procedures for solar systems.Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE): Follow all safety protocols on site to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.Participate in regular safety meetings and conduct safety audits.Ensure compliance with environmental guidelines and standards during project execution.
