Roles & Responsibilities:1. Executing and managing projects for corporate social responsibility Client Projects in BFSI Sector2. Understanding of business operations, practices and corporate governance.3. Identify new CSR opportunities from existing corporate organizations in the BFSI sector where existing projects are being executed.4. Effective engagement at ground level with existing clients on a day-to-day basis, like activities, campaigns and surveys.5. On-boarding of new partners and mobilisers/SME/Trainers and being the first level point of contact.6. Collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure the accomplishment of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.7. Project monitoring, follow-ups by regular field visit at the implementing location and reporting. Experience and Skill Required:1. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in working with NGO or Corporate CSR team (Preferably BFSI sector)2. Minimum of 2 years experience in end-to-end execution of programmes like skill development, capacity building and livelihood initiatives in the BFSI domain.3. Mobilization and Community outreach for implementation of the CSR Projects.4. Strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once5. Must have collaboration, negotiation and team management skills.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi7. A strong understanding of CSR principles, frameworks, and best practices 8. Ethical standards: High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to social and environmental responsibilityMust be Graduate and MBA is preferable. Sustainability, communications, environmental science, MSW is preferred.
