Available Positions: IT Support Key Responsibilities: Installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, network devices) Software and email client support (MS Outlook, Office 365, antivirus, VPN) Managing user accounts and configuring biometric and network devices Coordinating 24/7 support with vendors for all technical aspects of IT infrastructure Supporting and installing biometric devices, network devices, EPABX, IP Surveillance, Wi-Fi networks Managing domain user accounts and domain security policies, maintaining hardware records Requirements: Knowledge of hardware components, troubleshooting, and network devices Familiarity with remote desktop apps (TeamViewer, Zoho Assist) and help desk software Freshers are welcome to apply! Graduate (non-tech background preferred) Strong coordination skills for 24/7 support Order Processing Executive (E-commerce) Key Responsibilities: Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, and other platforms using OMS (Order Management Systems) Validate orders, coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment Handle order exceptions (returns, cancellations, replacements, claims) Maintain MIS reports and ensure platform-specific SLAs are met Collaborate with customer service and account managers for order-related queries and escalations Requirements: Freshers are welcome to apply! 1 year of hands-on experience in order processing or e-commerce operations preferred Familiarity with OMS platforms, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Moglix Partner Portal Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas) Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch SLAs Walk-In Details: Date: 24th March 2025 - 28th March 2025 Time: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Location: 602, A-10, Block A, Sector 68, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
