Handling enquiries via calls, regular emails and chats from customers regarding damage products, open packaging or for warranty claim services. Managing the queries or the problems of the customers by providing them with the solution. Eligibility Criteria:- Good Communication skills in English is must. Experience required: 0 - 4 years in customer service. E-commerce industry experience would be an added advantage. Pure day shifts only. 6 Days Working.
