Role & responsibilities 1. Vendor Management Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for spare parts and maintenance-related items. 2. Procurement Process Knowledge Understanding RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and compliance with procurement policies. 3. Inventory Management – Maintaining stock levels for maintenance materials and optimizing inventory costs. 4. Cost Control & Budgeting – Ensuring cost-effective purchases while maintaining quality standards. 5. Maintenance Material Knowledge – Understanding spare parts, tools, and consumables used in facility/equipment maintenance. 6. Negotiation Skills – Securing the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. 7. Supplier Relationship Management – Building long-term relationships with vendors for efficient procurement
