AV Global Advisory Services is actively seeking an experienced and passionate Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to join our team. Need Passionate / Aggressive recruiters with volume hiring experiance. Location: Chennai, Avadi (Work from Office Only) Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years in Sourcing ( only from HR Consultancy) Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment. Source, screen, and interview candidates based on client requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs. Maintain and update recruitment databases. Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies and meet hiring targets. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management. Required Candidate Profile: Should have worked as Recruiter in consulting firm Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in handling volume hiring and sales recruitment. Must be able to work from the office in Avadi, Chennai. Interested recruiters can come for an F2F interview on Monday- Saturday ( except 4th Saturday) between 11 AM to 5 PM
