The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with internal IT teams, and ensuring optimal application performance to support day-to-day business operations. Please note, this role does not involve any development work. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 support for business applications, resolving user issues and system errors. Monitor application performance, uptime, and availability, ensuring minimal disruptions. Analyze and troubleshoot system-related problems, escalating to development teams when necessary. Assist in configuration, updates, and maintenance of business applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, and vendors) to resolve application-related concerns. Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Support user training and onboarding for new applications or system updates. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards. The person will report to the Manager - Application Support. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. We look forward to meeting you at the interview! Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSC-IT Interim Excel knowledge (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, Import Range, Functions), Google sheets Must have SQL, MySQL knowledge.
