Designation: Executive / Senior Executive - HR (Recruitment ) Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Office Time: 11am to 8pm Working Days: Monday to Friday Experience: 3+ years in Human Resource Recruitment managing Lateral requirements - NON IT Preferred is BPO / Service Industry Hiring Job Description: Responsibilities Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment cycle, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various sources like Job Portals, References, Head hunting etc. Build a network & database of candidates through research, references & headhunting. On-boarding Process: Assist in the Employee induction process, On-boarding and maintain employee files & database.
