The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, improving efficiency, and leading a team to achieve production targets while maintaining safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution • Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines. • Ensure optimum utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, materials). • Monitor daily production activities and resolve operational issues. Quality & Compliance • Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations. • Implement and maintain quality control procedures in fabrication and welding. • Conduct inspections and audits to minimize defects and rework.
