WAM-Aladdin Compliance-Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in compliance rule coding and testing on Blackrock Aladdin/other platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in asset classes such as fixed income, equity, derivatives, and technical experience working with data. ### Roles and Responsibility Work as an individual contributor or lead in one or more WAM projects. Manage a team of junior business analysts based on project requirements. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators. Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reports to the lead. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators. Interface with customer representatives when needed. Utilize data to provide requirements and vice versa. Be willing to travel to customer locations as needed. Build a quality culture and manage performance for direct reportees according to organizational policies. Foster teamwork and lead by example, training and mentoring project resources. Participate in organization-wide people initiatives. ### Job Requirements Sectorial experience in financial services/capital markets with domain knowledge on different asset classes across front office, middle office, and back office for both "buy" and "sell" sides of business. Good knowledge of portfolio management, trade execution, data control, operations, and portfolio administration. Experience understanding client requirements and streamlining them for the team. Understand high-level business requirements and relate them to appropriate package capabilities. Define and validate customization needs for packages based on client requirements. Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases, and possess good data analytics skills. In-depth knowledge of CFA concepts like portfolio management, wealth planning, fixed income, equity, alternate investment, and derivatives. Excellent client-facing skills. MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/equivalent with 8 to 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
