Job Description

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock movement, and dispatch. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to maintain quality and prevent damages. Inventory Control & Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy through periodic audits. Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock availability and demand planning. Logistics & Dispatch: Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per customer requirements. Monitor and optimize transportation and delivery schedules. Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff and laborers, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct training sessions for warehouse personnel on best practices and SOPs.. Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams like procurement, sales, and finance. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics. Hands-on experience with warehouse software and ERP systems. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
