Job Summary: The Mobile EMS Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the logistics, inventory, and distribution of emergency medical supplies. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, optimizes warehouse operations, and supports emergency response teams with timely and accurate supply management. Role & responsibilities 1.Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of EMS supplies and equipment. 2.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational needs. 3.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 4.Coordinate with emergency response teams to ensure timely supply delivery. 5.Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and oversee daily operations. 6.Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions for efficiency. 7.Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles. 8.Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics and reduce costs. 9.Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inventory and shipments. 10.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and replenishment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of EMS supplies and emergency response logistics. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
