Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This position is responsible for maintaining operational accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and improving warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Management Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures. Maintain the safety and security of inventory and warehouse assets. Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock audits. Assist in managing inventory control systems to prevent losses and discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers to optimize stock levels and address issues. Team Coordination & Training Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure tasks are executed efficiently. Support staff training programs to enhance skill development. Foster a safe and collaborative work environment. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination Manage coordination with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. Assist in planning and executing transportation schedules for timely deliveries and pickups. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and implement best practices. Support lean warehousing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Leverage technology and automation tools for process optimization. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies regarding warehouse operations. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Support safety initiatives to prevent workplace accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Reporting & Technology Usage Generate reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, productivity, and safety metrics. Assist in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other technologies for operational efficiency. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the WMS. Candidate Profile Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies. Proficiency in MS Office and email communication. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements. Languages: Must be fluent in Kannada & English.
