The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in optimizing processes to meet organisational goals. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels. Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records. Team Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse staff for smooth operations. Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently. Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders. Coordinate with the logistics team for deliveries. Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized. Arrange products systematically for easy accessibility. Quality Control: Check incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity. Address damaged or defective products promptly. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies. Train team members on safe handling practices. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions. Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review. Coordination: Work closely with other departments like procurement, sales, and logistics. Resolve any warehouse-related issues efficiently. Requirements: Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics. Education: Any Bachelors degree. Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc). Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
