Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain network. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while meeting customer demand. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supply chain role, with progressive responsibilities. - Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and procedures. - Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
