We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Manager to lead and streamline our warranty operations. Role Overview: The Warranty Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle warranty claims and processes, ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines, optimizing claim approvals, and improving customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of warranty-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end warranty claim processing for vehicles under manufacturer warranty Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to OEMs and follow up for approvals and reimbursements Analyze claim rejections and take corrective action to reduce repeat errors Train service advisors and technicians on warranty policies and documentation requirements Liaise with OEM warranty teams to stay updated on policy changes, campaigns, or recall guidelines Maintain detailed records and reports of claims, approvals, denials, and reimbursements Identify warranty-related service trends and provide feedback to improve vehicle service and quality Handle audits and ensure 100% compliance with OEM warranty norms Coordinate with workshop teams for inspection, documentation, and technical diagnosis Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in warranty operations in the automobile industry Strong knowledge of warranty claim systems, OEM guidelines, and service processes Excellent coordination and communication skills Proficient in MS Excel and DMS (Dealer Management System) Immediate availability or short notice period preferred Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
