Role & responsibilities Responsibility: - To drive sales of Wastewater Treatment technologies such as screening systems, grit treatment, sludge treatment etc. within Indian states To sell solutions and services to customers, promoting all aspects of company portfolio to ensure increasing sales volume, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets Develop and foster positive relationship with water supply and sewerage boards, consultants and turnkey contractors to position the company as the preferred provider of advanced wastewater treatment technologies To be aware and obtain a full understanding of tender specifications, terms and tendering process Creating the opportunity to the company to provide bids / proposals to all such projects Prepare informative, responsible and complete bids in coordination with the team in timely manner To ensure smooth execution of projects and payment collection Desired Candidate: Should have successfully executed business plans to achieve Sales targets. Exposure to wastewater treatment equipment /plant basic design and selling. Should have contacts in municipal corporations, consultants, contractors at all levels Should have good sales, communication, and presentation skills Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical engineering Experience: 6 - 10 years of experience in WWTP sales or business development.
