Job description Role: STP/ETP Operator Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) Benefits: Overtime pay, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), food/meals, accommodation Responsibilities: Operate and maintain Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. Monitor water quality parameters such as pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and hardness. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues. Maintain records of water treatment processes and reports. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Chemical, Petrochemical, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes. Ability to operate and maintain treatment plant equipment effectively. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
