We, Wave Visions, are a leading & Innovative medical equipment manufacturing company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand and manage our dealer network across India.Key Responsibilities:Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/distributors across various regions.Develop strong relationships with existing and new dealers to drive business growth.Ensure dealer performance, sales targets, and business expansion in assigned territories.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Provide training and support to dealers on product offerings and sales strategies.Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing and after-sales service.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in dealer network management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi is a must.
