Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage sales performance of assigned territories and Area to achieve targets and grow business.Build strong relationships with key customers, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.Conduct product demonstrations, provide training on new products, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.Desired Candidate Profile4-9 years of experience in pharma selling (eye care) with a focus on area sales management.Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/B.Pharma).Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team management and field sales activities.Strong Cutomers relation specially with OPHTHALMIC DOCTORS
