The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge and the ability to drive sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company products. * Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and vendors. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition. * Present and demonstrate products to potential clients. * Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets. * Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless client service. * Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and sales within the CCTV, networking, or IT hardware industry. * Strong understanding of CCTV cameras, networking accessories, software, laptops, and desktops. * Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. * Willingness to travel as needed. * Male candidates preferred for this role.
