The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English and be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently. * Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. * Handle inbound calls and address customer queries professionally. * Maintain a database of customer information and update records accurately. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales when applicable. * Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the company. * Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers. Requirements: * 0-1 year of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related field. * Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is a must. * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively. * Female candidates are preferred to promote diversity in the workplace.
