Hiring: BMS Lead (4-7 Years Experience) | Geon We at Geon are looking for a Battery Management System (BMS) Lead to join our team! Experience: 4 to 7 years Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers and product application teams to define software requirements for validation activities. Integrate and configure BMS software for EV applications, ensuring seamless communication with vehicle controllers and other systems. Work closely with hardware and firmware teams to ensure smooth interaction between BMS and other subsystems. Lead the implementation of BMS control strategies and optimize system performance. Hands-on experience with CAN Communication and tools like CANoe, Vehicle Spy, Bus Master . Utilize CAN protocol to enable communication between BMS, controllers, sensors, and system components. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve CAN bus system issues. Conduct integration testing to validate software and hardware under real-world conditions. Collaborate with Battery Module and Pack design teams for system integration and validation. Prepare and maintain FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), DVP (Design Verification Plan), and test procedures/plans . Manage software sign-off before release.
