Job Title: Wealth ManagerLocation- KolkataJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wealth Manager to join our team in a leading stock broking organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in wealth management and a strong understanding of financial products, especially Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). This role involves managing high-net-worth clients, offering tailored investment solutions, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Acquire and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.Assess clients’ financial goals and risk appetite to offer customized investment solutions.Promote and distribute PMS, AIF, and other wealth management products.Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing strategies.Stay updated on financial markets, products, and regulatory developments.Work closely with internal teams including research, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless client service.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the wealth management division.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory.Proven track record in selling PMS, AIF, and other structured investment products.Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial products, and investment strategies.Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.Certification in NISM VA, NISM XA/XB, or equivalent (preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field. MBA/CFP/CFA is a plus.
