Our Client from the Stock Broking Industry is looking for Wealth Managers. We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team in the stock broking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Mutual funds, HNI and UHNI clients by offering personalized investment advice and wealth management solutions, primarily in equities and other market-linked instruments.. Perspective Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and onboard HNI/UHNI clients through direct channels, references, and networking. Build deep, long-term relationships by understanding individual financial goals, life stages, and risk profiles. Proactively manage client portfolios and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction 2. Portfolio Advisory & Management Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory across asset classes: Equity & Derivatives Mutual Funds Bonds & Fixed Income Products PMS & AIFs Insurance (Life & General) 3. Structured Products & Alternative Investments Regularly review and rebalance client portfolios based on market conditions and client objectives Offer tax-efficient investment strategies and assist in long-term wealth preservation and growth 4. Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and AUM (Assets Under Management) targets Drive cross-selling opportunities within the group, including insurance, loans, and real estate advisory Develop customized investment proposals and pitch high-value products to clients Monitor transacDtioncumvoelunmt Neos,. portfolio returns, and client profitability on an ongoing basis Role Requirements Qualifications Essential Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields Preferred NISM-Series V- , CFP, CWM, CFA (Level I or higher) Experience - 5 to 16 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory - Proven experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients with demonstrated AUM growth and revenue generation -Prior exposure to stock broking firms, investment boutiques, NBFCs, or financial services institutions
