Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web CRO Expert located in Ahmedabad. The Web CRO Expert will be responsible for optimizing website content and structures to improve conversion rates. Day-to-day tasks include conducting A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and implementing strategies to enhance user experience. Collaboration with the design and development teams to integrate CRO best practices is also a key responsibility. You will be the bridge between the Web development & Marketing team where you will help them deliver aesthetically clean, visually appealing websites that conversts visitors into customers. Qualifications Strong understanding in Web Design and overall Web Development Experience with CRO tools and methodologies Understanding on how to conduct A/B testings with or without tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Have worked with marketing team closely for Landing page deliverables.
