Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Web Developer & Web Designer to join our team in Gurugram . The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, front-end development skills, and hands-on experience with Figma to design and prototype responsive websites and user interfaces. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to create seamless digital experiences for our users. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive and visually appealing web pages. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma . Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement user-centric designs. Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms. Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO. Maintain and update websites as necessary. Troubleshoot UI/UX issues and implement solutions efficiently. Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of proven experience in web development and design. Proficiency in Figma is a must . Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind). Familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress or Webflow) is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing web design and development projects. Good understanding of responsive and adaptive design. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have: Experience working in a healthcare or wellness tech environment.
