Are you a multi-talented designer with a passion for digital creativity? We’re on the lookout for a WEB DESIGNER who brings together the best of UI/UX design, graphic storytelling, web design, and motion creativity. This on-site role is perfect for someone who loves switching between Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, and a browser — and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a central role in shaping our digital identity, crafting compelling visual experiences that engage, inform, and inspire across multiple touchpoints — from websites and apps to social media and videos. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES UI/UX & Web Design intuitive user interfaces and smooth user experiences for websites, apps, and landing pages. Create wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and pixel-perfect implementation in collaboration with developers. Apply usability principles and contribute to user testing and feedback integration. Graphic & Brand Design brand-aligned graphics for social media, digital ads, presentations, brochures, and marketing assets. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft eye-catching campaigns and product visuals. Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital and print channels. Video & Motion Graphics Create short-form video content, animated explainers, product teasers, and reels. Edit raw video footage and add effects, animations, and graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut. Design engaging motion graphics and transitions for use across digital platforms. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. A portfolio that clearly demonstrates motion graphics, quality, and proficiency with design tools 2. Proficient in Adobe creative suite, UI, UX design 3. Can create videos from stock images and videos 4. Use raw footage to make a video and insert sound effects or music using modern editing techniques 5. Color grading 6. Content writing with good command of the English language 7. Understanding of branding, typography, and packaging design 8. Creative and the innovative with ability to think artistically 9. Website designing and blog writing would be an added asset 10. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets 11. Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media 12. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends 13. Lead all creative design REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field 3-4 years of professional experience in a creative design role. Strong portfolio showcasing work across UI/UX, graphic design, web layouts, and video/motion projects. Proficiency in: Design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Canva Video tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar Web tools: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, CMS (e.g., WordPress or WEB flow) is a plus Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Portfolio of work is required, and UI certifications are plus Knowledge about WhatsApp Business Tool or Email Marketing Tools is a plus BONUS SKILLS : Experience designing for B2B SaaS or startups. Knowledge of animation libraries or Lottie files. Familiarity with design systems and accessibility guidelines.
